SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – KSL TV’s adventure specialists Trace Worthington and Sean Smith have visited many ski resorts this season, but on Monday they focused on the epicenter of Utah’s ski culture.
Ski Utah is dedicated to promoting skiing and snowboarding in Utah. It’s the mother ship for information on all 13 of Utah’s ski resorts.
“Skiutah.com is a great resource for locals or people coming out of state who are going to be skiing here,” said Caitlin Furin, Ski Utah director of communications. “You can compare resorts as far as how much snow they have, what type of terrain they have, how many lifts.”
“Ski tourism in Utah is a big thing,” she added. “We’re just looking forward to having more people out this season.”
The place to get all the ski information is on the Ski Utah app, which includes snow totals for all the resorts, powder alerts for when it snows more than 12 inches, and a link to the UTAH ski bus.
“That’s a great thing to have if you’re a skier in Utah,” Furin said.
