Fire Crews Battle New Wildfire In Iron County

HAMLIN VALLEY, Utah — Firefighters were called out in Iron County after a wildfire broke out near Hamlin Valley.
Officials estimated the size of the Choke Cherry Fire at about 500 acres Monday afternoon.
The smoke column could reportedly be seen from Cedar City.
No evacuations or injuries have been reported.
The cause of the blaze was under investigation.
