Eliza Pace is proud to be a born-and-raised Utahn. She grew up along the Wasatch Front spending a lot of time in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and eating burgers with fry sauce at Hires Big H. Eliza earned an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Journalism at the University of Utah. (Go Utes!) She also completed a thesis on social media and mental health for teens. She enjoys writing news for KSLTV.com on everything from education to breaking news to features to courts and crime. She is a Digital Reporter on the noon broadcast where she highlights trending digital stories and content. She puts her digital knowledge to use on KSL TV’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Threads. Most of all, Eliza loves telling community stories focused on the people here and their lives and experiences. Eliza loves to hike, play the piano, and attempt to improve her Spanish at any opportunity. She considers herself a dessert connoisseur and is always up for a sweet treat.
