Dr. Matthew Woolley, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Matt Woolley is a licensed clinical psychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah. He specializes in anxiety, personality, cognitive, and learning disorders. He works with individuals and families on these and other challenging issues every day.

Trained in meditation and mindfulness, Dr. Matt deploys both traditional techniques and modern mindfulness applications with professional athletes and business executives and individuals with addictions. He is a regular guest on TV, radio, and podcasts as well as a writer and public speaker. He and Casey have been friends for eight years.
